INGENIERIA Y MARKETING, S.A., in its capacity as Data Controller, shall process the personal data of users for the following purposes:

• To manage the identification and contact details and additional information received from participants who send their proposal/solution through the form made available on the website, in fulfilment of a pre-contractual relationship.
• To process users’ contact data in order to handle and manage any query, request for additional information, and any incident related to the website through the e-mail address provided for this purpose (infoblueventures@gdes.com), in fulfilment of a pre-contractual relationship.

3.Recipients

INGENIERÍA Y MARKETING, S.A., may disclose the personal data and information provided by the user through the data collection form on the website to GD ENERGY SERVICES SAU, GDES WIND, S.L., GDES EFFICIENCY, S.L., for the purpose of analysing and studying the technical and economic viability of the proposals/solutions, depending on the specified field of technology and the specific needs of the users.

Data processors

The processing of user data may be carried out by appropriate service providers contracted by INGENIERÍA Y MARKETING, S.A. These service providers shall only process the data for the purposes established by INGENIERÍA Y MARKETING, S.A., and following its precise instructions, in strict compliance with the legal regulations on personal data protection, information security and other applicable regulations.

4. International transfers of personal data.

INGENIERIA Y MARKETING, S.A., does not carry out international transfers of data provided through our website.
